There is no long-term commitment. If anyone decides this program is not working for them, they can leave at any time and we will transfer any available funds directly back to your credit card. Medicare and Final Expense direct inbound consumer initiated calls currently. The consumer views an advertisement and either clicks to call or dials the toll-free number posted on the advertisement. The first voice the consumers hear is yours!

5. How Are The Calls Generated?

The calls are generated through SEO search, Social Media, and YouTube. The consumer then calls you, the agent, directly.

6. How Do You Manage The Quality Of Calls?

Call quality is of the utmost importance and a key differentiator for us. We are a marketing company who develops specific ad copy and maintain control of all media channels, holding each traffic source to strict standards. We have the tools and visibility to important key performance indicators to closely monitor performance and ensure ongoing lead quality and volume.

8. How many states do I need to be licensed in?

We definitely recommend the big three. Texas, California, and Florida. Other states we recommend are North Carolina, Tennessee, Ohio, Michigan, and Georgia. The more states you have the better volume you will have. Most of our agents are licensed in between 10-25 states.

9. How many calls can I expect to get in a day?

If you work eight hours per day, you can expect to receive between 12-20 calls a day on average. A large part of the volume of calls you receive is dependent on how good you are at handling the calls.  If you are spending more time writing a lot of applications (which is a good thing) you will receive less calls, because you are busy with policy applications and enrollment activities.

10. Can I pause and un-pause myself?

Yes. You have the ability to pause yourself from taking calls. If you need to take another call, take a break, or run out for lunch, you can easily pause yourself. This is explained when you set up your account on the platform.

11. What are the hours I can receive calls?

Calls are available Weekdays Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM Eastern Standard Time.

13. Is TARGETLEADS® located in the US?

Yes. TARGETLEADS® is headquartered in the US. None of our services offered are outsourced off shore.

14. Can I set a specific quantity of leads per state when ordering multiple states?

No. If you want a specific number of leads per state, please place separate orders for each state. Once you’ve received your desired number of leads for a state, you can pause the calls, then update your settings to switch to the next state.

15. Are calls recorded?

All inbound calls are recorded and available on the platform for review and compliance.

Recordings may be reviewed by staff and AI to evaluate script performance, call quality, and
professional conduct.

16. How do I request a credit for a lead?

TARGETLEADS bills for all connected calls lasting 105 seconds or longer, without exception. This duration includes approximately 15–20 seconds required for the initial connection. This time frame allows sufficient opportunity to qualify the individual and, if necessary, end the call before charges are incurred.  Calls that last 105 seconds or longer are not eligible for credit.

Additionally, missed calls are billable. Please note that connection issues may occur when using cellular phones, web-based phones, or calling applications. TARGETLEADS strongly advises against using web-based phones or calling applications to help minimize the risk of missed calls. Use of some cellular devices may result in missed calls as well if the connection is not great. In the event of a missed call, the contact number of the lead will be provided so you may follow up directly. Refunds will not be issued for missed calls.

All refund requests for any remaining account balance must be submitted in writing via email to connect@targetleads.com. Refunds will be processed and issued by check within 7–10 business days.

17. Anything else important I should know?

YES!   Professional code of conduct.  Any attempts to intentionally disconnect or collect contact information to avoid billable time will
be detected and may result in immediate, permanent suspension.  Violation of acceptable conduct in the program can result in forfeiture of remaining funds.
