What does TARGETLEADS® specialize in?
TARGETLEADS® has over 40 years in business as a full service marketing firm, specializing in printing and mailing services, but also offering internet leads, digital marketing (i.e. email blasts, social media ads, etc…), seminar and event marketing with RSVP services, creative design and more.
What type of lead generation do you offer?
In addition to full service marketing, TARGETLEADS® direct marketing services offers specialized and EXCLUSIVE lead generation marketing for the senior insurance industry. We have predesigned, proven samples for: Medicare, Final Expense, Long Term Care, and Annuities/Probate. There are other agents that I know are mailing my areas. Do you allow multiple orders in the same areas at the same time?
TARGETLEADS® protects the names you mail for 90 days. When using a BRC mailer with returns coming back to us, we do not allow any other customer to mail those same names for 90 days. That should allow you plenty of time to start getting leads back and start working them. We also protect the names regardless of mail piece used. That means if you mail a LTC BRC piece today, we won’t remail the same names tomorrow for another client who wants to mail an annuity piece. Those HOUSEHOLDS are completely yours for 90 days.
How long will it take to start getting leads?
For direct mail lead orders: From the time your order is finalized, and payment is received, you should start receiving leads in an average of 15 business days from order date.
For internet lead orders: You should start receiving leads within 24 hours.
What does your turn-key mailing price include?
Our direct mail pricing includes: selecting names to mail by age and income; forms, printing and mail shop; the average outgoing bulk postage up to $389/M on bifold format; response postage and handling; as well as daily lead delivery.
Do you choose the age and income selects to mail to or can I specify what demographics I am looking for?
Every customer gets to specify his/her own demographic preferences. Our mailing prices includes selecting: exact age, income, dwelling type (i.e. Omit PO Boxes or only single family dwellings). Additional selections, like marital status, gender, ethnicity and homeowners, are available at an additional charge.
How can I pay for these leads?
TARGETLEADS® accepts most forms of payment: check, money order, cashier’s check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Paying by credit card or electronic check can get your order started immediately.
Are the phone numbers on your lists scrubbed against the Do Not Call lists?
Yes, we scrub our lists against both federal & state Do Not Call lists monthly. For more information on the Do Not Call list, visit www.donotcall.gov.
Phone #’s are important to me. Do you guarantee 100% of my replies will have filled out their phone #?
No, TARGETLEADS® cannot guarantee that 100% of consumers will fill out their phone number. However, we can provide alternate solutions. We can mail to “phone verified” names, which are names known to have a phone number. Selecting “phone verified” is NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. We can provide the phone number on file for each reply for an additional fee of $10 per 1,000.
Can I get a duplicate list of the names you are mailing to with their phone numbers on the list?
Yes! TARGETLEADS® sells the duplicate list with name, address and a phone number when available. Additional output options are also available: month/year of birth, income keycoded, street sequence and more. Let your sales representative know specifically what you would like to receive. You must order the duplicate list at the same time as your mailing order to receive the discounted duplicate list rate.
Are your leads available on a per lead basis?
No, we currently do not offer a per lead option… our pricing is per 1,000 pieces mailed. Whatever number of leads come in from the mailing are yours and are forwarded to you each week.
Do you resell old leads (often called “B” leads)?
No. NEVER. Our leads are 100% EXCLUSIVE, never copied and resold. We keycode each lead with the account number and job number. This way we know what agent each response was mailed for. The responses from that mailing ONLY go to that agent and no one else.
Are my leads available electronically?
Yes, we upload leads daily. You will be assigned a user name and password that can be used to sign in to our Lead Status section. You can view, print or save your leads to your computer. We also offer a full contact management software solution, TL LeadManager®.
What options do you offer for delivery of the leads?
1. Scan and Ship – with this option, we scan the leads daily as they come in and upload them to an online portal. Our system sends an email to let you know you have new leads, so you can log in and view them. Then, once a week, we mail the original response cards to you.
2. TL LeadManager – TL LeadManager (TLLM) is our proprietary contact management system. If you choose this option, we will data enter the responses into TLLM as they come in along with a scanned image of the lead. With this option, we do NOT mail the original response cards to you. TLLM is FREE to clients mailing regularly with us (mailing at least 1000 pieces a month).
Is TL LeadManager available without a list or lead purchase?
Yes! If you are not mailing regularly but still want TLLM, it is simply $40 per month for each month you did not do a mailing with us. TLLM can be used with your existing client/prospect list and leads from other lead sources can be imported as well.
